Terms and conditions

These terms apply to games, parties and events at Lazer Battlez Star City. All terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.

Bookings

• The booking terms shown at checkout, including any deposit, form part of your booking.
• Prices are per person unless stated otherwise. Offers have their own conditions, shown with each offer.
• Party bookings can be changed up to five days before the party. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds, as per our policy.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your time. Late arrivals may lose game time, and Early Bird entry is declined after the start time.

Playing

• All players must be at least 6 years old and at least 110cm tall.
• Everyone in the arena must follow our Rules of play and the instructions of our staff, and every player signs our waiver before playing (a parent or guardian signs for under-16s).
• Games are shared with other players unless your booking says otherwise.

Parties

• Party packages are priced per person with a minimum of 10 guests. Food is as described in the package; tell us about allergies when you book.
• No confetti, please. You are welcome to bring a birthday cake.
