This notice explains how Lazer Battlez Star City uses personal information when you visit this website, contact us, sign a waiver or book online.

What we collect

• Details you give us when you book, enquire, sign a waiver or apply for a job, such as your name, email address, phone number and, on waivers, dates of birth.
• Booking details such as the date, time, number of guests, any food choices and payment status. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
• Technical information about your visit, such as pages viewed, collected only if you allow analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To take and manage your booking, and to contact you about it.
• To run your visit safely, which is what the waiver is for.
• To answer your enquiries.
• With your permission, to send you offers and news, and to measure and improve our advertising and website.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site and online booking working and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies (for example Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (for example Meta, Google Ads and TikTok) are only used if you choose Accept all or turn them on under Cookie settings in the footer. You can change your choice at any time.

Who we share it with

Our online booking provider, Neon Booking, which runs the booking, waiver and till system on our behalf; our payment provider; and, only with your consent, the advertising and analytics services listed above. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for six years for accounting. Waivers are kept for one year. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@lazerbattlez.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
